What is GFA Dual Enrollment (DE)?

Georgia Film Academy (GFA) offers Dual Enrollment for Intro to Film and Television Production allowing eligible students to receive college credit and begin their industry certification process. This course is an in-depth, hands-on experience designed to prepare students for careers in the film and television industries.

GFA is the natural progression for any AVTF student!

How it Works

We’re a little different than traditional DE

  • You’ll register with a GFA partner institution
    • University of West Georgia (GFA 1000)
    • Southern Crescent Technical College (FILM 1100)
    • Dalton State (GFA 1000)
    • Columbus State (GFA 1000)
  • BUT! You’ll take class at a GFA Studio Hub
    • Trilith Studios in Fayetteville, GA
    • Assembly Studios in Chamblee, GA
